At Veronezzi Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your order with care, efficiency, and transparency.

Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time  
We currently ship from Brazil to the United States.

- Standard U.S. Shipping: $15 flat rate  
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $200  
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and carrier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes  
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking  
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Issues  
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Veronezzi Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Veronezzi Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
